Discover the innovative HARDBOX floating modular home, located at the picturesque Osobowice Marina in Wrocław. This unique 38 m² project, comprising a single module, combines modern design, functionality, and the durability characteristic of HARDBOX.
Exceptional Construction and Materials
The home's structure is based on a rigid, full steel frame, corrosion-protected with polyurethane paint, ensuring longevity and resistance to atmospheric conditions. The model was developed in accordance with applicable standards for residential buildings, providing safety and user comfort.
Comfort and Energy Efficiency
- Insulation: PIR sandwich panel provides excellent thermal insulation, maintaining an optimal indoor temperature throughout the year.
- Heating: RED SNAKE infrared mats in the ceiling plane and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom ensure thermal comfort.
- Ventilation: Heat recovery ventilation (HRV) with two units guarantees fresh air and minimizes energy losses.
Finishing and Details
The home has been finished with attention to every detail. Aluminum exterior joinery on YAWAL profiles, including HS sliding doors, adds elegance and functionality. Floors laid with vinyl panels, walls finished with gypsum plasterboards (GK boards), and a roof covered with heat-weldable bitumen membrane ensure comfort and aesthetics at the highest level.
